Warm Up
We begin with a group jump rope warm up to enhance coordination, agility, endurance and footwork.
Heavy Bags
Then you’ll spend approximately 40 minutes (3 minute rounds with a 30 second break after each transition) pounding a variety of punching bags to strengthen and condition your muscles to become the fighter you’ve imagined yourself to be.

No. A boxing training session involves every muscle in the body, but especially the core and the shoulders. Boxing will build lean muscle-mass and tone your entire body.
