For over a decade, Flawless4Youth has been a positive force in the Sacramento community. Our nonprofit organization provides scholarships to hundreds of deserving youth, offering them the opportunity to learn boxing skills, build confidence, and develop crucial life skills. We keep kids off the streets by mentoring them through the sport of boxing and promoting proper nutrition. New boxers will train with our beginner coach, gradually building proficiency in boxing stance, footwork, and proper punching techniques.

Boxing Skills

Enhance your boxing skills through focused sessions on shadowboxing, heavy bag drills, and mitt work with our experienced coaches.

TUESDAYS

Partner Drills

Master defensive techniques in non-contact partner drills. Learn to catch, block, and slip punches, refining your skills with dedicated practice.

WEDNESDAYS

Conditioning

Elevate your fitness with conditioning day. Engage in sprints, interval training, heavy bag conditioning drills, and bodyweight exercises to enhance your overall athleticism.

Our youth boxing program serves as a pathway to our competition team, Flawless Boxing Academy. For those aspiring to join competitive training, consistency in attendance, a solid understanding of our boxing system, and obtaining a USA boxing license are prerequisites – our coaches will guide you through the process.
